Very decent for the price, better breakfast from more expensive hotels, really nice place to explore tuscany by car, next to autostrada, cheap parking, Florence 30mins away . Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very good quality/price ratio.
Towels. At night the neighbourhood crawls with prostitutes. Not at all dangerous though

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in Montecatini Terme and I must say it exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the staff were absolutely wonderful - sweet and helpful throughout my entire stay. The hotel is situated in a quiet street in the center of town, which was incredibly convenient for exploring the lively surroundings and enjoying the plethora of nearby restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering all the basic amenities one would expect. I especially appreciated the option for rooms with 4 beds, which made it ideal for families or groups of friends traveling together. The breakfast spread was delightful, with both hot and cold options that catered to everyone's preferences.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

This hotel is family operated: Friendly envitronment, and you feel like staying at your own home. Perfect owners/managers: Valeria and Giovanni Innnocenti. Just expess them your wish, and they may arrange next to everything: hot water grotto, discounts, advise about local mineral waters, and the best ways for your treatment, restaurants, signtseeing. The hotel is English speakers friendly: as distinct from many other Italian (and not only) hotels it is very easy to communicate. Location: close to everything. Smart rates, and you may save a lot of money visiting by neighboring overpriced Florence and Pisa from here. Strongly recommended for couples of 50 +

Great location, close to key attractions and beautiful scenery. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the Filipino staff members.
Poor quality breakfast, with limited options. Thin towels and pillows, not very comfortable.

Excellent and friendly service from the owner. The hotel is well located in the centre of this spa town, and would be great for a budget holiday. Our room had plenty of storage space and four beds (bunks and twin beds).
Our room overlooked the street and was a bit noisy at times. Breakfast was ok, but not outstanding. The furniture was a bit cheap'n'cheerful though the matresses weren't very comfortable. Nothing to complain about - this is an inexpensive hotel and you get what you pay for. We stayed with a large group, and the staff coped well.

The service and assistance provided by the management and staff was excellent and we enjoyed staying there and will do again should we visit the area, we would recommend the Hotel Innocenti to every one who want 5 star service in a 3 star hotel that has a refrigerater in the room, a rarity in Italy.
